I’m a lifelong bookworm who traded fiction for fact when I began my career as a news writer. I've spent years crafting compelling stories in the fast-paced world of New York City journalism —from breaking news to in-depth exposes.

Now, I'm eager to diversify my portfolio with travel journalism opportunities. I'm also looking to tackle projects that explore realms of style, music, entertainment and contemporary dating culture.

New York City newsrooms are one of the best places for a young journalist to grow. I started my career working for a Brooklyn newspaper after interning for the same company. I also have experience interning for a radio station and an NBC affiliate in Chattanooga, TN.
